Options:

(Over) Streched

Place:  National Highway One which is also know as Grand Trunk Road
Number of passengers in cab: 15 or may be 18 excluding driver
Number of passengers allowed in above cab: 8

I thought this is best example of maximum capacity utilization. Or, I would say, (over) stretched to maximum.  It seems the main principle this cab work on is 'if there is a customer, we have space'.

Oh!I almost forget to tell you that it is regular affair on this highway.

Yeah; this really gets me mad. The MOST dangeous place in the world - worse than Iraq, worse than Afghanistan, worse even than Congo (which till last year was the worst), is the Indian road. More people die on an Indian road than in any recent war. This happens because of our callous disregard for safety ; one dimension of which your photos have beautifully captured.

    Ha Ha...
Go to any high way and the situation is the same. Sometimes I wonder that Tata Magic was specifically made for overloading!!!
