Read this tweet yeasterday. I assume this is from a customer service representative.
This is sad. I am sure nobody is forcing this guy to work in customer service department. He can always quit and work in some other cool and relaxed job where he won't be bothered by customers on his holiday. Shame on you for bringing bad name to your employer.
I will never like to work with people like him.

True if he isn't interested in customer service he should just quit there's no point in crying after he's joined...once you've started your role you have to maintain the dignity of your company thru your performance...ofcourse ppl can crib at times of pressure but not so publicly like this...

So true.. He should find himself a suitable job according to his callibre..Whats the point holding on there and cribbing..He is was ting his as well as his employer's time and money..
