    That was hilarious and I faced this situation a lot of times...its really sick and sometimes I just purposely press the emergency keys to get to the customer care person...

    @ Rads - Yeah I know lot of customers are irritated with phoney lines of customer service representatives.

    @ AJCL - At times service reps also take scripts and processes too far.
